DRESMARA collects and processes your personal data in order to fulfill the legal duties that are assigned to them according to the law, respectively for the purpose of providing educational services and managing the human resources system for the needs of the Ministry of National Defense.
You are obliged to provide such personal data for the purposes of the foregoing purposes, and refusal to provide such data may lead to difficulties in the operation, organization and deployment of educational services and the management of your military career path.

• The legal basis for the processing of personal data
The information is processed legally in order to comply with the legal provisions of the following normative, national and specific acts:

  • Law 1/2011 -Law of National Education, as subsequently amended and supplemented;
  • Law 288/2004 on the organization of university studies;
  • OMEN no. 6102/2016 - Framework methodology regarding the organization of admission in the cycles of undergraduate, master and doctoral studies;
  • GD 607/2014 on the approval of the content and format of the study documents that will be issued to the graduates of cycle I - university degree studies and GD 728/2016 - on the approval of the content and format of the study documents that will be issued to the graduates of cycle II - university studies of masters and graduates of cycle I and cycle JI of university studies offered as a group;

From the point of view of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, each processing of personal data fulfills one of the following conditions: the data subject has given his consent, is required under a contract, is required under a legal obligation, is required for the performance of a task in the public interest or it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the operator or a third party.

• The categories of recipients of personal data
DRESMARA is required by law to report certain information to the competent authorities. There are cases in which information must be transmitted such as: first name, first name, CNP, serial number and ID number, domicile, school situation, CV. The recipients of the information are: structures from the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Public Finance, Police, Prosecutor's Office, Courts.

• How confidential information collected is protected
The collected information is kept in written form and / or in electronic form in secure locations, with an adequate level of security and with authorized access for the personne] designated for this purpose.
Also, the authorized persons are contractually obliged to implement technical and organizational data protection measures, if the data processed by them identifies or could identify a person.

• Rights of the data subject regarding the processing of personal data
According to the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, you have the following rights: access to personal data concerning you, rectification or deletion of them, restriction of processing, the right to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability. In addition, you have the right not to be subject to individual decisions of an automatic nature, as well as to the competent court.
The availability of these rights depends on the legal justification of the processing.
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

DRESMARA collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the legal duties incumbent upon them according to the law, respectively for the purpose of providing educational services and of managing the human resources system for the needs of the Ministry of National Defense.
