Training for defense professionals takes place at the Regional Center of Defense Resource Management in Brasov. The center was created in collaboration with the Defense Resources Management Institute in Monterey, Calif. in 1999, when then Secretary of Defense William Cohen and his Romanian counterpart, Victor Babiuc, pushed for such an establishment." |
