Opening Ceremony of postgraduate courses

On September 29, 2025 it took place the opening of the 52nd iteration of the "Postgraduate Defence Resources Management Course for Senior Officials" – ACT 678.18. and the 21st iteration of the "Postgraduate Information Resources Management Course for Senior Officials" – ACT 679.9.

At the opening of the ceremony, the DRESMARA director, COL Florin-Eduard GROSARU, professor, PhD, highlighted that ”… this course are designed to equip you with knowledge and skills that will enable you function effectively in the complexity of your jobs. Having been professionally trained, you are expected to perform your official duties and responsibilities and make decisions that are so.”

The activity was carried out in the presence of DRESMARA teaching and administrative staff and participants in the postgraduate course – military and civilian personnel from NATO partner countries and Romania – Ministry of National Defence.
