Human Resources Management Seminar

Between 06 and 08 May 2025, Commander (ret’d) William Decker HATCH II, Senior Lecturer, Center for Executive Education /Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, S.U.A, delivered the "Human Resources Management" Seminar at the "Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials", ACT.678.17., as Subject Matter Expert/SME.

During the three day seminar on defense human resources management the distinguished guest speaker focused on the processes by which manpower requirements are identified and programmed, as well as on the actions by which billeted requirements are filled with the right people at the right time through planning and distribution.
