Opening Ceremony of postgraduate courses

On March 24, 2025 it took place the opening of the 24th series of the "Planning, Programming, and Budgeting of Defense Resources Postgraduate Course" – ACT.676.17. and the 29th iteration of the "Program and Project Management Postgraduate Course" – ACT.677.17.

At the opening of the ceremony, the DRESMARA director, COL Florin-Eduard GROSARU, professor, PhD, highlighted that ”These courses will provide us the possibility to work together in a multicultural environment and to exchange knowledge and experiences. I encourage you to take the challenge of working together as an opportunity to find new ways of collaboration and cooperation. I strongly believe that these two must be the defining words for all activities you will be undertaking while here.”.

The activity was carried out in the presence of the teaching and administrative staff of DRESMARA and the participants of the postgraduate courses - military and civilian personnel from NATO partner states and Romania – the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Special Telecommunication Service and the National Administration of Penitentiaries/Ministry of Justice.
