Visit by a delegation from Georgia

On 21 November 2017, a delegation from the Defense Institution Building School (DIBS), GEORGIA, composed of

• Ms. Natia GVENETADZE / Department Head of the Professional and Institutional Development,
• Ms. Irina BURDULI / Chief Specialist of Institutional Development Division,
• Ms. Nino VERULASHVILI / Chief Specialist of Professional Development Division,
• Mr. Vladimir TARASOVIC / Project Advisor / SLOVAKIA

made a working visit to DRESMARA, under the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP)

The purpose of the visit was the providing by DRESMARA the necessary support and assistance for the DIBS in order to be accredited as a NATO Partnership Training and Education Center (NATO PTEC).

The activity covered the following aspects:

• the visit and presentation of DRESMARA;
• the presentation of the concrete ways of the accreditation of an education and training institution as a PTEC NATO in accordance with the Concept for Partnership Training and Education Centers and the NATO HQ SACT, JFT / JETE-ETEE Plans & Policy Branch guidelines;
• general presentation of the NATO institutional accreditation and educational programs accreditation by NATO;
• discussions on the issues presented.
