Opening Ceremony
On April 18, 2023 it took place the opening ceremony of the 47th iteration of the “Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials” - ACT 678.13.
At the opening of the ceremony, the DRESMARA director, COL Florin-Eduard Grosaru, professor, PhD, highlighted the presence of the officers from NATO partner states emphasizing that the educational program will offer the possibility of a close collaboration and an important exchange of experience among all course participants – military and civilian foreign and Romanian personnel as well as between them and the teaching staff – from DRESMARA and guest speakers from NATO structures/agencies.
The activity was carried out in the presence of DRESMARA teaching and administrative staff and participants in the postgraduate course – military and civilian personnel from NATO partner countries and Romania – Ministry of National Defence and Romanian Intelligence Service.
