Opening Ceremony
On 3rd of April, 2023 it took place the opening ceremony of the 20th series of the "Planning, Programming, and Budgeting of Defense Resources Postgraduate Course" – ACT 676.13. and the 25th iteration of the "Program and Project Management Postgraduate Course" – ACT 677.13.
At the opening of the ceremony, the DRESMARA director, COL Florin-Eduard GROSARU, professor, PhD, highlighted the numerous presence of foreign students from NATO partner states, stating that the educational programs will offer the possibility of a close collaboration and a special exchange of experience between them and the Romanian participants, as well as between all the students and the teaching staff.
The activity was carried out in the presence of DRESMARA teaching and administrative staff and participants in the postgraduate courses - military and civilian personnel from NATO partner countries and Romania – Ministry of Internal Affairs and Romanian Intelligence Service.
