Field trip

Participants in the "Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for senior Officials" - ACT 678.11., accompanied by teaching staff from DRESMARA, carried out a field trip to the 71st “General Emanoil Ionescu” Air Base from Câmpia Turzii, on May 30 and to the 51st "Eagles" Special Operations Battalion from Târgu-Mureș, the first structure of Special Operations Forces (SOF) in the Romanian Army, on May 31.

During the activities were presented:

• briefings on missions, place and role of structures visited, resource management in the current context of the regional security;
• endowment, facilities, specific systems and equipment;
• specific training demonstrations.

The DRESMARA teachers and the Romanian and foreign students noticed the professionalism of the personnel involved in carrying out the activities of the 71st Air Base and FOS - elite units of the Romanian Army.
