"NATO Security Investment Program" Seminar and "Financial Resources Management in NATO" Seminar.

Between October 21 and 23, 2019, the Regional Department of Defense Resource Management Studies received the visit of NATO (Subject Matter Expert / SME) experts who held seminars in the postgraduate course "Defense Resource Management for Senior Officials ”- ACT code 678.6., as follows:

• Mr. Simon HAYWOOD, a specialist from the Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) / Norfolk, USA, delivered the “NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP)” Seminar;
• Mr. Alfonso GRISKO, a specialist in the Budget Policy Section / Allied Command for Operations / SHAPE - J8, Mons, Belgium, delivered the "Financial Resources Management in NATO" Seminar.

The activity was attended by military and civilian personnel from Georgia, Tunisia and Romania - Ministry of National Defense from the postgraduate course.

The guest speakers presented concepts, principles and trends in the field of NATO security investment planning and NATO financial resources management, in the new context of the changes generated by the current security environment.
