Participation on the "Train the Trainers and Instructor Exchange" Program
17 to 20 September 2017, Ankara, TURKEY

Associate Professor Dr. Maria CONSTANTINESCU, was invited as a guest speaker, between 17 to 20 September 2017,to the PfP Training Center in Ankara, Turkey, trough the PTEC "Train the Trainers and Instructor Exchange" Program, offered by NATO School / Oberammergau (NSO).

The aim of the activity was to present at the "PTC-TUR.6.1 Defense Planning Course ", the following lectures:

• Defense planning process
• Strategies in defense planning
• Flexibility in capabilities based planning.
