| DRESMARA’s Director attended the NATO Education and Training Centers Commandants’ Conference (PTEC CC), organized by
the Allied Command for Transformation in Tirana, Albania between 29 February – 04 March 2016. The aim of this event was to take up the
recommendations made by the PTEC Working Group (WG) organized at DRESMARA in 2015 and identify education and training cooperation avenues
in order to meet the strategic objectives of NATO established through "Alliance Council Concept" They discussed the directions of integration
efforts aimed at aligning all PTECs to NATO education architecture to meet alliance’s and partner countries’ current and future education and
training requirements. PTEC Commandants had the opportunity to interact with the attendees to the NATO Training and Exercise Conference (NTEC) and the NATO Individual Training and Education Conference (NITEC) participants. The event allowed Partner nation representatives as beneficiaries of the training and cooperation efforts to interact with NATO officials. The latter provided updated information, best practices and shared the experience gained in the field of education and training. |
