Between 15-17 April 2014, COL professor eng. Cezar Vasilescu, PhD. participated in the “Best Practices” Workshop held at the Georgian National Defense Academy (NDA) from Gori, Georgia. The activity was part of the Defense Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) run by NATO IS / PASP and had as main goal to enhance the education and training for the Georgian Armed Forces by sharing experiences in the context of best practices issues.

The three-day seminar was held for the personnel of NDA Finance Management Division, Human Resource Management Section, Information Technology Section, Procurement Section and the Professional Development Centre.

Along with the Romanian participant (focused on ICT topics, ADL solutions and experiences), the activity was supported by two representatives of National Defense Universities of Poland (management and budgeting topics) and Czech Republic (human resource management).
