Between 09-11 April 2014, DRESMARA, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy, from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey - United States of America, has organized the "Defense Human Resource Management" seminar. The seminar was delivered by Commander (r) William HATCH, lecturer and program manager at NPS.

The participants to this activity were officers - students from the "Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Experts", DRESMARA teaching staff, human resources specialists from the Romanian Ministry of National Defense services, teaching staff from National Defense University "Carol I" and from "Henri Coanda" Air Force Academy.
