Between 10-12 April 2013, DRESMARA, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy, the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey - United States of America, has organized the "Defense Human Resource Management" seminar. The seminar was supported by Commander (r) William HATCH, lecturer and program manager at NPS.

The participants to this activity were officers - students from the "Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Experts", teaching staff within DRESMARA, specialists in human resources from services within the Romanian Ministry of National Defense, teaching staff from "Carol I" National Defense University and from "Henri Coanda" Air Force Academy.
